 Expert in problem analysis by methods of 5 why, 8D, Fishbone Analysis, FMEA Analysis, CAPA.
 Preparation of inspection & documents i.e. I.R., Claims as per our system; accountable for monitoring & controlling deviation management & improvement of the same and Analysis of non-conformities.
 Ensuring all activities are planned, implemented & maintained as per ISO 9001:2008.
 Involved in the preparation of CAPA and rejection analysis of incoming material & making control plan.
 Handling ECR’s and reviewing and verifying protocols for quality confirmation of product & applicable necessary action.
 Maintaining timely communication and coordination with the manufacturing team and solving their design related issues.
 Preparing standard product data sheet, Inspection Standard, Inspection plan and Inspection work instruction.

 Having good knowledge of 7 QC Tools and TQM
 Preparation of OPL, Work Instruction, Standards & training on same to concerns.
 Ensuring Tools are calibrated & well maintained.
 Having knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001.
 Expert in improvement system Kaizen, C.I.P, 5s and do the documentation work.
