I have Over 12 years of working experience in various reputed organizations, as Instrumentation Project Engineer for handling the Various “Greenfield project, Brownfield projects and Revamping projects” in Petrochemical, GAS, Fertilizer, Chemicals and Power plant industries, which include Detailed Designed Engineering, Erection, Implementation & Commissioning.
Having 6 Year plus experience in DCS, PLC Automation Industry- Honeywell Automation India ltd.
Well versed with industry Codes& Standards (ISA, IEC, IEEE, NAMUR, API, ANSI, NACE, and BS) and extensively worked on Instrumentation design specifications for Designing of instruments.
Having Knowledge of SABIC Engineering Standards.
Actively involved in Project Cycle,
Preparation and Reviewof FEED, Management of change for scope change and deviation in scope, ITB, Technical proposal, Technical BID Evaluation, Detailed Design Documents, IFC Documents, As Built Documents, PSSR Pre start up safety review, Project Closeout.
Participation in HAZOP /PHA/ Risk Assessment.

Preparation and Review Instrument Index, IO List (with alarm, Ranges, set point), Data sheets for all Instruments and Control System, Control Narrative, Cause and effect diagram, Hook up Drawings, JB Drawings, Instruments GA, Plot plan drawings, Instrument layout, Instrument loop drawings, MTO Material takeoff, BOM Bill of Material.
Control and Automation Documents-
Preparation and Review DCS Function Logic, PLC logic, ILD Instrument loop wiring drawings, signal interface with Electrical funstionality with MCC Feeder signals, FDS Function Design Specification, Datasheets, Heat Load Calculation, IO Assignment, Hardware/software design manual, System architecture, Network drawing, System Panel design, Marshalling panel design, PDB Panel design, Relay panel design. Control room layout.
Actively involved in Site management Erection, Implementation and Commission activity-
Erection and Commissioning activity.
Coordinate with Erection contractor or Third party contractor for Review and approval of Design documents and interface documents.
Conduct Safety Tool Box Meeting at site, Site survey, Evaluation, Coordinate with operation team for Data input collection, process, Electrical & Mechanical team for input discussion, site mobilization, execution,
Conduct the project progress meeting with construction contractor,
Conducting FAT Factory acceptance test, Conducting Inspection of instruments from Different vendors,
Conducting Loop check, Logic check, pre commissioning, commissioning, PSSR pre start-up safety review, start up,
Conducting SAT Site acceptance Test, As built final document approval, commissioning report, reconciliation, Site De-mobilization, project closeout. Involvement in plant starts up activities.
Hands on experience Maintenance & Troubleshooting of various Field instruments-
Pressure transmitter, level transmitter, Temperature transmitter, Flow transmitter, Control valves, On/Off valves, Pressure switch, Level switch, and Flow switch, Analyzers, Vibration Monitoring System, Tank Gauging System Troubleshooting and calibration of Field instruments, Maintain the critical spare availability.
Serve as a subject-matter expert in equipment failures and repair techniques during root-cause investigations.
• Provide engineering support to plant issues impacting production over a short period of time.
• Provide technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluate Equipment’s durability and conditions.
• Ensure that repairs, repair techniques, equipment specific training, are documented and Accessible.
• Support the PPM coordinator as required in reviewing spare parts’ list for existing equipment.
• Develop maintenance’s operating discipline and provide maintainability input to projects.
• Participate in developing the maintenance budget to support the maintenance strategy.
• As required, provide engineering input to work packages to ensure standards are followed.
• Provide input on development of work orders, particularly on critical equipment that requires
Engineering review.
• Responsible for Maintenance Engineering work related to all Instrument equipment.
• Provide coaching to lower levels engineers and supervise their work to ensure proper transfer of
Skills and work performance as per standards
• Comply with EH&S guidelines and overall safety processes.
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor / manager
• Actively Involved in HAZOP, PHA, and Risk Assessment.
• Involvement in Plant startup and shut down activity.
• Maintain and tracking the Instrument Spare Parts availability for critical instruments.
• Co ordinate with OEM Instrument vendors for Instrument related Issues.

Handled Yokogawa DCS Centum CS3000, Honeywell EPKS DCS& Emerson Delta V DCS System.
SIL-3 Safety Integrated System Hardware Logic for TPS Turbine protection System & FSSS Furnace Safeguard Security System- Voting 2OO3 Hardware Tripping Logic.
