Responsibilities:
Understand the specification, drawing documents, labor, plant, material costs & typical productive out puts etc.
Setting out of priority lines, NOC from concerned authorities, approve setting out with consultants.
Prepare requirement schedule for both construction material, utility material and liaise with project manager to achieve.
Prepare RFI and liaise with consultants in day to day activities & technical issues.
Provide leadership, organizational support skills and promote teamwork to achieve the target.
Encourage/promote and maintain safe site working practices with working team.
Ensure QA/QC procedures, control plans, work instructions are being carried out and proper records are maintained.
Review plan, labour & material allocations and advice project manager of any future potential problem.
Highlight to project manager/site agent of any potential variation/additional works.
Liaise with consultant to resolve any technical issues.

Project: Construction of 2 no’s of G+2 Labour accommodation in Industrial area and Al Khor.
Responsibilities:
Maintain quality of all civil work, to monitor timely progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications, and safety standards.To prepare checklists for all activities. Get the work done on site in time to achieve the targets. Prepare the requisition for the different material in advance. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labour required. Ensure receipt of right quality and quantity of material and testing of the same. Ensure regular reporting of material status and progress of work at site. Calculate cost of project based on analysis of collected data, applying knowledge and techniques of engineering, and advanced mathematics. Maintaining record of labour co-ordinating and overtime. Supervise civil and structural works on site as per drawings
Study the architectural & structural drawings and explain to piece workers, sub-contractors & supervisors
Communicate all necessary instructions to Supervisors and labours.
Project: Public Complaint Office Activity Outsourcing Contract (C2012/58)
Responsibilities:
Planning daily activities and setting the team to perform the task. Customer data identification and cascading to operating crews. Assist the crews in customer data identification. Ensuring perfect documentation. Custodian of complaint office and equipment. Contingency managements in case of equipment breakdown & other sever blockage & floods. Attend abnormal blockage. Liaise with PWA focal point as and where required. Make in place all permits required for the operations. Performance evaluation crews. Office administration and staff management.

Project: Construction of Hotel Leela Palace. 5 Star Hotel Project, Chennai.
Located in a quiet Residential part of Chennai, abutting the Bay of Bengal and in close proximity to the landmark Chettinad Palace at Santhome. Hotel to be developed on a 6.25-acre site that would also include a Software Park & which would face the Bay of Bengal.
The 14 storied high-rise hotel will have approximately 329 rooms’ suites. Facilities include an executive lounge, 24-hour fitness centre, 1 grand ballroom and 1 royal ballroom with separate meeting rooms, outdoor swimming pool and state-of-the-art banquet rooms. Dining options are the vibrant 24hr cafeteria; multi-specialty restaurant, Chinese, Indian restaurants and all day dinning with display kitchens are available.
The carpet area is 9, 50,000 sq. ft. and the estimated budget of the hotel project is Rs 780 crores.
Responsibility:
• Day to day monitoring of project to ensure completion of project in conformance with the technical
Specifications and the quality requirement, approved schedules and costs
• Preparing Progress Reports & Management Information System (MIS) reports for submission to
Clients. Preparation and reviewing of method statements / reconciliation statements

• Conducting regular review meetings to review all the issues related to the project, preparation of
Minutes of meetings for circulation to all the concerned and maintaining a tracking register to
Ensure all matters are closed out.

Project: Sewerage, Storm water, Irrigation and Potable water system, Construction of Manholes, chambers(3300 no’s), gullies, Thrust block, uPVC, AC, and GRP pipe lines of the different diameter from 150 to 2800mm (around 330 Km) for infrastructure and Bridges.
Responsibilities:
Technical coordination with consultants, site professional, subcontractor and suppliers. Designing manhole and preparation of shop drawing, method of statement, material submittal, quantity takeoff, material order and follow up. Preparing looks ahead for three weeks and resources arrangements to achieve the targets. Execution of work as per drawing, spec., safety and QA/QC procedure with the customer satisfactions. Conducting tool box meetings and technical briefings with site peoples. Liaise with the consultants for approval of construction activities. Maintaining proper records for each and every activity. Reporting to Superiors for daily site activities and next day activities. Attending weekly progress meeting to resolve the site problems.

Responsibilities:
Site execution according to the Drawing, Overseeing quality control and safety on the site. Setting out (Marking the position of structures), leveling and surveying the site. Checking plans, Drawings for proper execution of structural and finishing works (tile, marble and granite floorings and cladding suspended ceiling and painting), and Manpower allocation at site. Preparing bills for sub-contractor and cross check quantity. Get approval from German (QA/QC) for each and every activity like, marking, leveling and Concreting etc.
