• Production and operations adviser for all TATA Coffee estates across South India to increase black pepper and white pepper production and profits (spices) of the company.
• Developed and heading a new commercial spices nursery sales project with hi-tech green houses for the company, which has a turnover of 1 Cr during the first year.
• Working closely with the marketing, sales and operations team to build customer relationship. Handling quality and customer complaints.
• Worked with varied spectrum of people at corporate coffee producer and cultivation team manager at TATA Coffee Ltd.
• Identifying, driving product & process certification initiatives to support premiumisation & product differentiation (Global GAP certification, DASD certification, RA certification, Utz, SA 8000 etc).
• Worked with the marketing team for the first black pepper exports for the company.
