• Implementing 5S in the Operations Sites & conducting 5S training sessions.
• Performing inspections & preparing check lists & follow up corrective actions for 5S system.
• Implementing Document Control System & manage quality records program as per ISO 9001 requirements.
• Displaying attention in detail, in order to ensure compliance to set Quality Assurance policies & procedures.
• Managing & maintaining all the activities and records related to the Customer Satisfaction System & Customer Complaints System.
• Quality Management contact point for external agencies.
• Expertise in handling Group Project by ensuring & maintaining on time delivery of project expectations.
