I have formulated HR policies and procedures for Middle East . Africa, Afghanistan regions aligned for the respective Middle East labour laws. Also been instrumental in the development and implementation of employee handbook, induction manuals, psychometric analysis and talent acquisition and retention.
I have a demonstrated ability to build a positive working relationship at all levels. I have experience with implementing HR metrics, HR scorecard, and numerous HR systems including SAP HCM, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Orion.
