Hope you are doing well. Apologies for this might be out of turn, but I am enthusiastically looking out for a challenging position and hence have summarized my profile for your reference.
I am currently working for Ashapura Mindchem Limited which is the company into business of Mining and Minerals. It is 3rd Largest company in the world and 1st mostly in India for mining of two minerals Bauxite and Bentonite and exporting around 70 percent to world market and rest to Indian market.
I am working as Executive Assistant to Executive Director ( Manager Operations , Sales support and Business strategy ) role.
My profile as below for few key roles :-
Handling Operations role for the Engineering Project & Services, Project planning & implementation , Sales & Operations, MIS and Business analysis ,Team Management , Business Development ,
Coordinating, participating in Business Operations Review Meeting, Chairman review meetings and tracking and analyzing the reports.
Handling Cross functional teams in Engineering Project and Service, Logistic, Stores & Inventory and Information technology function , Human resource , Operations at facility level from the Senior management office.
Working with team for collating data and meet targets for mapping up the Budget as per the Business Plans.
Preparation and circulation of monthly reports on Net Profit margins , Gross Profit Margins to the management, Sales Order booking , Break even analysis, New Product development , Imports , Collection Debtors.
Mapping all key productions key parameters on Month on Month basis and submitting reports to management.
Working and coordinating with various cross- functional teams for better efficiency
Helping in the process mapping with the actual output required at Operations level.
Working with the team for financial projections as well as Budget to summarize it for the management.
Total Work Experience: 10 years
Education:- Bachelor of Engineering ( Mechanical )
International Assignment – Worked in Dubai for 1.5 yrs , Also worked with cross functional team from Europe and Singapore in my previous assignment.
