I have worked on several transfer pricing projects with a focus on technology, media and telecommunication (TMT) industry. Key assignments are as under:

· Compliance – Prepared transfer pricing documentation for international transactions and domestic transactions, prepared transfer pricing documentation for US based entities and determine the compliance as per US regulations, involved in preparation of Form 3CEB.

· Litigation – Representing clients and preparation of submissions on critical transfer pricing issues before various tax authorities (Assessing Officer, Transfer Pricing Officer, Dispute Resolution Panel, Commissioner of Income Tax Appeal), briefing counsels for assistance in transfer pricing litigation proceedings before tax courts in India.

· Advisory – Reviewing nature of business, undertaking business functions and risk analysis, advising clients on various assignments related to transfer pricing issues, assistance in Advance Pricing Agreement, conducting interviews with APA authorities and client.
