Created complex design and drawings for Cylinder Head, Cylinder Block, and Exhaust manifold by including cores/casting/machining using various CAD tools.
Experience in cost reduction projects for Cylinder Head and Block by reducing the weight, soft validation (interacting cross functional team) and without affecting function.
Experience in addressing Warranty/Quality issues by using DFSS tools.
Other involvement like updating existing engine for new configuration, package study, BOM creation as per assembly line, Design reviews, Hard validation, engine basis’s training, MCM training.
Experience in Engine assembly on production line @ plant.
Experience on product validation (Like: valve stem seal/guide/spring, piston, piston rings, and cylinder head/block).
