• 8.6 years’ of experience in office automation field as service engineer as well as sales engineer.
• Generate business development ideas in all areas e.g. Products, Market, Pricing etc.
• Maintain knowledge of market /technology developments and competitor movements.
• Provide information requested by Vendors in regard to market situation, forecasting, action plans, incentives plans, Inventory reports.
• Weekly and monthly reporting of business development/sales/marketing activities to the Managing Director.
• Report weekly/ monthly results and activities during management meetings.
• Good exposure on troubleshooting and repairing of Multifunction Colour and Mono Photocopiers, Printers, Large format printers , Scanners and fax machines.
• Expert in Network-Scan-Print configuration in all range of machines.
• Handling customer issues, contract penetration, billing, revenue improvement plans, monitor material consumption on a regular basis to ensure maximum profits without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Working to reduce repeat calls ratio.
• Strong participation in the company revenues like collecting Maintenance contracts, Spares and consumables revenue from Non contract customers.
• Installing and Maintaining the MFPs ,photocopiers ,printers,in field.
• Planning Preventive maintenance on monthly basis.
• Planning the inventory (spares and consumables) for the warranty and customers under the service agreement.
