As you will see from my Resume, I am currently working for Atkins as the QSE Manager. In my present position I am responsible for managing the quality assurance function in Atkins, Bangalore office.

Over the last 8 years I have implemented ISO 9001:2001, ISO 14004:2004 & OSHAS 18001:1999. My job responsibilities included establishing Quality objectives for the organization, carrying out internal audits as per the annual plan and taking corrective and preventive actions with the help of Quality tools. I have served Atkins in Sharjah for 2 years as QHSE Engineer.

Prior to this I was employed at Bimetal Bearings Limited. Hosur, an OEM supplier of Engine Bearings for Ashok Leyland, TATA Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, TATA Cummins, CUMMINS Power Care Etc. At BBL my responsibilities as Asst. Engineer – Quality Assurance included the establishment and management of Quality Management System, designed to support Top management, Purchasing, Raw material stores, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance & Calibration, Human Resources, Tooling Management, Packaging & Finished product stores and Dispatch functions. As part of my responsibilities I have developed control plans and work instructions for the above mentioned processes and maintaining the QMS documentation in line with ISO 9001 & TS 16949 specification to help complete the audits conducted by External agency LRQA. In addition to this I trained and supervised a team of four inspection engineers responsible of incoming/in process and final inspection of parts produced. Conducting Internal audits as per the plan, and taking corrective actions by conducting Root Cause analysis to identify the root cause of the problem and taking corrective action
