• Proficient with DCS & SCADA System Architecture and the Data Integration of the various Field Instruments RTUs & PLCs thro' Fieldbus Foundation, Profibus, HART, TCTIP Gateway Stations.
• Knowledge of developing the SOPs / quality systems, FEED and HAZOP Study to meet the quality standards.

• Project Planning and execution of Advanced DCS, PLC based Systems Installation and Commissioning, Refinery Turnarounds. Acquired expertise in Primavera P6. CPM Analysis and report generation.
• Project Management, Resources Allocation, Detailed Engineering activities, after considering the budgetary parameters set. Tracking the task and insist on Quality Deliverables within the given time lines.
• Instrumentation Design activities during the Revamp & Corrective/Plant modification activities. Compilation of P&IDs, Single Line Diagram, Control Logic Schematics, Loop Sheets, Instrument Data Sheets, Instrument Hook-up & Wiring, Panel GA Layout, Bill Of Material, Instrument Index, Interlocks schematics with SPI INtools .
• Ensuring the inventory management of critical spares with SAP PM / Maximo Systems to reduce the downtime caused by the control system failures in areas of instrumentation & electrical.
• Execution of given task through effective team leadership, communication skills, meeting the time lines.
• Conversant to Instrumentation Standards, ISA, SIL, ISO, 5S and others for maintaining the system documentation.
