I'm a Civil Engineer with 29 years’ experience in Project /Program Management, Design Management & Construction Management High Rise Residential & Commercial Buildings (up to 55 floors),Mixed use Developments Retail, Mega Gas & Steam combined cycle power stations, Heavy Industrial & other infrastructure works.

I’ve worked with Contractors, Clients, International Consultants & Project Management companies, for about 16 yrs in Middle East. Rest with Builders, Contractors and an IPC in India and Middle East.

I've worked as “Head- Projects” ( V P Level) in India for top "Mantri Developers pvt Ltd" Bangalore and also as "Vice President (Projects) for "Central Park Developers” in Delhi.
I've worked as "Director - Project Management" ( PAN India Development Projects) for Colliers International PMC in India was taking care of 12 million sft across the nation.

At present working as "Head - Projects & Contracts" ( Senior V P level)for a Contractor in Dubai.

Since 2004, my nature of responsibilities were leading multi-cultural teams ( 125+ multi-disciplined engineers and non-technical staff )Overall planning, control of projects from Design phase till Handing over to customers, including leading all Bidding processes, Appointment of Contractors, overall Project Management, recruit and develop whole business teams for projects, identify skills and train to suit our requirement, develop key performance indicators, budgets, business plan preparations, Forecast P&L to attain max profits, monitor closely to achieve quality, time, cost and safety of projects. Implement strict controls on processes and adopt audits regularly, attend critical progress meetings, work closely with other stake holders, Marketing, HR & Finance teams.
