Key Responsibilities: -
Maintenance Execution Turbine and its Auxiliaries

 To Ensure availability of all critical equipments directly related to generation loss/Forced Outage.
 Preventive, Predictive & Corrective Maintenance of all Turbine Auxiliaries such as Boiler Feed Pumps (TDBFP & MDBFP) & Its Booster Pumps, CEP, OCCW/CCCW Pumps, Lube oil AOP/EOP/JOP, Seal Oil Pumps, Vacuum Pumps, Stator Water Pumps, Various Heaters, Valves, PHE.
 Continuous Monitoring of Oil Quality for Lube Oil Systems & Governing Systems & take necessary actions to ensure its purity & moisture content.
 Monitoring of all Equipment Running Parameter to ensure its availability.
 Availability of spares parts & Indenting of spare parts for maintenance of all critical & non critical equipments.
 Reverse Engineering of all Spares required for routine maintenance of Critical Equipments.
 Development of Indigenous spares to reduce lead time & cost.
 Report & Failure analysis of All critical & Non critical Equipment.
 PM & MM Module: - Closing of all Notifications generated by production team after attending defects, Raising PR etc.
 Maintaining of Data in Excel to trace the Utility of various spares & its frequency of change for maintaining spares.
 Commissioning of Boiler Feed Pumps (TDBFP & MDBFP) & Its Booster Pumps, CEP, OCCW/CCCW Pumps, Seal Oil Pumps, Vacuum Pumps, Stator Water Pumps, Various Heaters, Valves, PHE, Lube Oil Flushing & AOP/EOP/JOP, Valves/ HPBP Valve & LPBP Valves.
 AOH Schedule Preparation.
 Identifying the Spare Parts & accordingly indenting the same required for AOH.
 Inspection of all Pedestal/Bearing Inspection along with floats Check.
 Overhauling of all Governing Valves (MSV, Control Valves, CRV), Stroke Check along with Steam Sieve Inspection.
 Overhauling of Turbine Driven BFP & its Booster Pumps Comprising Mech. Seal Replacement, Bearing Inspection, float check etc.
 Thrust bearing inspection of CEP (Vertical 5 stage Centrifugal Pump).
 Overhauling of Condensate Vacuum pump (bearing preplacement, gland packing replacement, clearance checking).
 Overhauling of Condensate Make Up Pump, Seal Oil Main Pump & Vacuum Pump And Different Single Stage Pumps.
 Replacement of all Passing High Energy Drain Valves & Lapping of Other Critical Valves including HP Bypass & LP Bypass Valve, Steam Extraction valves, TDBFP recirculation valves.
 Inspection of Deaerator, Howell and HP heater tube leakage attending by Eddy current test.
 Routine maintenance of Chemical Dosing Pumps, condensate water treatment (CPU system).
 Preventive, Predictive & Corrective Maintenance of Hydrogen Plant & its chiller unit.
