- Responsible to source the best fit resumes through the Employee Referral, Own database, Consultants against the job requirement & line up the candidates for interview.
- Handling & scheduling induction of new employees.
- Keeping track record of the all the interviews done and selected / rejected / hold candidates for future reference.
- Supervising the background verification of the aspirants.
