Dedicated senior service manager with excellent management, technical, analytical and communications skills demonstrated by 21 years of experience. Successfully completed diploma in Automobile engineering from Government Polytechnic Kalamaserry, Kerala, India. I had the opportunity to work in Automobile Engineering field in India, Africa and Middle East. I have been trained by some of the world’s major automobile manufacturers in the field of Engineering. Currently, I have over 21 years of experience in automobile industry and last 10 years working as a service manager in different automobile dealerships .During those periods; I have been worked as Technician, Supervisor, and Work shop foreman, Service Advisor Service Assistant Manager, Service Manager and Senior Service Manager. These job profiles have enabled me to develop skills in handling workshop, Body and paint, front office, Warranty and PDI departments .My current level of experience has allowed me to handle all models vehicles namely Ford, Mercedes Benz, Honda, Nissan, Renault, Volvo, Subaru Audi, Opel, Isuzu, BMW, Mitsubishi, Peugeot, Kia Chrysler, Citroen, Daewoo, Daihatsu, Fiat, Land rover, Audi, Mahindra, Suzuki, Motor passenger vehicles and Heavy vehicles and I have gone through specializing in Suzuki, Toyota, Volkswagen and Hyundai vehicles and my current level of experience enables to handle any dealerships irrespective of any models.
