I am Biju Joy and am presently working with Aujan Coca Beverages Company,Dammam ,Saudi Arabia as a Production Supervisor.
I have an overall experience of 16 years and have been in the FMCG manufacturing sector for the last 7+ years .
I have the ability to manage the people, processes and technology involved in any production or project process. I lead people for effective productivity and set a good example for departmental employees to follow. I have the right skills to deal with equipment failures, changeovers, unplanned maintenance and material shortages.
I am also working as internal Plant auditor and have responsibilities to ensure that the plant is maintaining a safe environment in terms of FOOD SAFETY (FSSC) /QUALITY PRODUCT (QMS) systems. I also work as internal auditor for implementing the 5S practice at workplace.
I am leading the team on the pillars of Total Productive Maintenance which is Autonomous Maintenance and Focused Improvement.
