Recently conducted a residential 2 days activity based experiential training on conflict management for a batch of 14 last month. People management contributes to 50% of the problems and if we are able to manage internal as well as external conflicts properly, the world will be as ease.

Have taken up running as a sport and have participated in SCMM 2015 Half Marathon with 2:05 hours timing. In between, also managed a restaurant for 3 years with Malwani cuisine. Now closed as losses were mounting and financial management got precedence over sentiments! Mentoring / Education is another area of interest. Yoga, Holistic health development, Fitness are ongoing passionate interests. Active volunteer for Isha Foundation. Have participated in Walk of Hope as well. SCMM 2016 - Half Marathon is next target!
