Abdul Nasser has over 25 years’ of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Commercial Building Services-MEP, Railways, Airports, Universities as projects management & execution of Engineering projects.

He is a project management Professional and has handled complex projects/programs. His areas of expertise include: preparing cost and schedule status, forecast report using earned value management tools and techniques (such as CPI, SPI, EAC, ETC), cost control sheets with finance department to ensure adequate control on budget in order to develop strategy to overcome any risk, preparing risk management plan for known and unknown risks and has applied risk strategies like Enhance, Exploit, Mitigation, Transfer or Avoidance

He is well versed in preparing project management plans and has effectively managed them to achieve project goals and objectives. He is experienced in providing engineering support & application of engineering design techniques, procurement, construction, and commissioning/start-up coordination and supervision of both for brown and green field projects. He also possesses experience in electrical work, AHUs, Pumps, Chillers, Building Management System, LV & LC

He has worked with Saudi ARAMCO (Leading Petroleum Company in Saudi Arabia), and DOW Chemicals in a high profile Safety environment. More recently he has worked on major projects approx. value: US$ 120 m, where he was responsible for project planning & scheduling, procurement, execution, monitoring and control and successful close out of projects.
