With professional experience spanning across a varied portfolio of work, I have always been successful at trying new things.
My passion and strength is in technical and business project and program management supporting both business and technology initiatives. Through the years, I have helped companies develop new ways to create or improve upon digital products as well as streamline business operations.
I’ve provided mentorship and guidance to both internal and external teams and have led executive meetings with steering and executive committees.
In my most recent position as lead of the Program Management Office for HarperCollins Publishers, I have been accountable for both global and local technical and business programs. This included both consumer facing web sites, digital product development and back office applications and systems. Most recently, my team completed the global web site overhauls for HarperCollins, successfully launched a product business intelligence dashboard for our global sales force and in July 2016, successfully launched an enhanced ERP system.
Prior to this position, I left my role at McGraw Hill Publishing (Information and Media) where I was Senior Director of Content Management Technology to join ALM (American Law Media) as the head of Business Operations.
At ALM, I managed strategic planning and digital operations for their regional and national product lines, and directed the technical strategy and partnership for the unified fulfillment management system with the objective to create a digital subscription platform allowing for cross-selling of digital and print product.
