Imtiyaz Ahmed Bani

I have a total Experience of 15+ Years, working for Architectural / Engineering Consultants, Main Contractors and Specialist Contractors (ID, Joinery and FF& E). With majority of experience in post contract.

After having Diploma in Civil Engineering from India, I have secured BSc in Quantity Surveying with Distinction and a Master’s Degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from UK University. I also have intention to get the memberships of RICS for continuous development.

I have good knowledge on how all individual stake holders (Client / Owner, Engineer, Contractor, Sub Contractors etc.,) interests differ on the same Project. And how they differ in terms of their individual business. I also possess good knowledge on standard forms of contract like FIDIC, JCT, NEC3 ECC etc., and Standard Method of Measurements like SMM7, CESMM3, New Rules of Measurement (NRM) and POMI.
