Job Description:
• Planning and achieving Sales Growth for the assigned region in line with the company’s objectives.
• Ensuring growth of every category month on month.
• Assigning targets to SM’s and TM’s by Category and being accountable for the overall team’s performance.
• Reporting on a daily basis to the Regional Sales Head.
• Training and Development of the Team members.
• Ensuring proper updation and maintenance of various reporting formats.
• Should be a localite and well versed with the local areas and language
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Should also keep an eye for Talented Resources for building the team later.
• Efficient cross functional team management.
• Responsible for generating revenue through SMB.
