Who You Are:

1. 1+ years experience graphic designing for the web in an agency setting.
2. Strong experience using tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDraw.
3. Solid understanding of design principles and how it pertains to the web: color, proportion, space, typography and layout, etc.
4. Strong web layout experience with an eye for typography. Experience with grid based layouts, and the ability to translate design comps into interactive pages with precision.
5. A solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation.
6. Experience with InDesign will be preferred.

What You Need:

1. Standards-based web technology skills (including HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript).
2. Strong experience with responsive design, including responsive grids and images.
3. Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries, including jQuery.
4. Experience working effectively with a team of developers and designers.
