The person will be responsible for real time management and work closely with Client
and Partner sites. ï‚· Monitor real-time queue, schedule adherence & attendance. ï‚· Root cause analysis of SLA deviations, action plan development and resolution Lead and manage the weekly/daily meetings with clients and partners. ï‚· Manage load balancing of volume and own the enterprise level SL. ï‚· Cater to real time adhoc requests as and when required. ï‚· Initiate and manage all WFM communications between centralized and site teams, and leadership. ï‚· Resolve escalated issues and requests from Client Partners.
