Job Description
• Increase gold loan assets of the company
• Drive the initial transactions to kick-start our business
• Be the owner of the entire sales chain right from cold calling, lead generation, customer vetting, follow-up and lead conversion.
• Work closely with the Data and Operations team to ensure that the process is made seamless for the customer.
• Be the face of the company while forging, nurturing and managing partnerships with loan agents.
• Maximizing business mobilization through own contacts & establishing new contacts
• Ensuring aggressive marketing and sales by on-field functionaries
• Generate leads from existing customers and also bringing into fold new customers
• Building and leading the sales team
• Dissemination of targets to the sales team
• Close review of performance of sales team
• Identify specific target segments of customers and devise sales promotion schemes for customer acquisition
Job Accountabilities and Tasks:
• Propose an action plan to achieve sales targets
• Relentlessly chase, achieve and exceed sales targets
• Effectively search prospective clients Generate leads in conjunction with our referral partners
• Vet the leads, follow-up and convert them into online applications
• Ensure that the entire process is seamless for the customer
• Contact customers who have applied for our services, understand their needs and upsell wherever applicable
• Help customers overcome any and all apprehensions
• Work closely with the operations team to provide a great service for our customers
• Follow-up for interest collection and NPA reduction
• Keep track of customer database and record feedback

• Ability to achieve business targets for different products
• Maximizing business mobilization through own contacts & establishing new contacts
• Experience in leading team, identify and develop relationships
• Should be aggressive to drive team to achieve the business targets.
Qualifications
• 4-8 years of relevant work experience in Sales in the Gold Loan (Banks/NBFCs)
• Work experience of 5+ years in sales
• Must have a graduate degree
Soft Skills
• Should possess excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam would be an added advantage
• Top-notch sales skills; ability to put customer at ease
• Must be customer-focused and sales oriented
• Must be passionate about your job, willing to put in extra effort whenever required
