Responsibilities

1. Doing Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Configurations and User Training of ERP Software.
2. Provide Telephonic & Email Support to Clients.
3. Act as a Technical & Functional Experts to Clients.
4. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cross-departmental relationships to drive initiatives that will improve the deployment quality and efficiency.
5. Demonstrates confidence and willingness to resolve customer requests or queries and provide appropriate solutions to them by coordinating with the product Development Team at the first point of call wherever possible.
6. Candidate will be responsible for Leading the product input feedback process internally to ensure constant and valuable customer input is available to the product team.

 Requirements

1. Candidate should have experience of 0-1 year / Fresher
2. Candidate should be graduate with BE (CS/EC)/MCA/MSC(IT) or any graduate in computer science stream
3. Candidate should have an excellent communication skill and have a dynamic personality
4. Candidate should always be ready to travel (India/Abroad)
5. Candidate must have basic knowledge of Database
