• Build, develop and manage high performing inside sales team to achieve goals. • Strengthen pipeline by generating leads and opportunities. • Manage the Inside Sales Team to support other sales/business development teams by outbound prospecting, follow up on leads and develop opportunities for the sales pipeline. • Mentor, advise and lead the team, while maintaining a positive and motivational environment. Develop processes for inbound and outbound call processes; creating and deciding on sales territory, team building and career progression to achieve expected performance. • Providing training to support the Inside Sales Team to be effective in the qualification process and understanding of the Lead process. • Monitor performance to goals and ensure accountability within the Inside Sales Team. • As a leader you will be accountable for monthly, quarterly, and annual team quota. • Drive accountability within the team to meet Sales Development goals and objectives. • Develop, execute and orchestrate gamification techniques to incent/motivate Sales Development to achieve goals and objectives. • Ensure compliance with sales methods and process across sales development team. • Monitor the quality and consistency of all Lead processes, metrics and activities. • Manage sales activity, lead management and call processes in a leading CRM tool. • Develop reporting to provide visibility of the team's performance to goal. Ability to recruit, hire and develop team. • Minimum of 7+ years with a strong track record of sales development management. • Strong team management and coaching/training skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in using leading CRM tools. • Process driven and strong analytics driven sales management.
