Preferably B.Sc./B.E./B. Tech. (Computer Science, IT, EC )/BCA or GNIIT, MBA (HR)
Job Description:
o Manage End-to-end recruitment for US Clients.
o Understanding US Client Requirements for various open positions.
o Communicating and maintaining rapport with US Candidates
o Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.)
o Taking telephonic interview for US candidates, screening the candidates, submitting the profiles at the client portals, following up with Candidates and Clients for the final interview process.
o Clear understanding of US benefits, compensation, employment types and terms like OPT, CPT, C2C, W2, 1099, EAD, GC etc.
o Exposure to US Immigration process (H1-B and Green Card) will be a plus.
o Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidate experience and requirement.
o Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position
o Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
