1) Find consultants for the Requirements
2) Good Communication Skills.
3) Hands on experience is negotiating the Rates with Consultants.
4) Able to Convert OPT students into Company full time employees
5) Thorough knowledge on Tax terms (W2 /Corp-Corp/1099)
6) Good experience in complete recruitment life cycle.
7) Successful track record in technical recruitment/US Staffing.
8) Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements. Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates on international platforms.
9) Must have excellent communication (Written & oral).
10) Willing to work in night
