Handling complete facilities involving Cafeteria, Offices and Vendor Management for equipments across the Regions/ Branches.
Interacting with the different departments for executing the maintenance of all equipments in the Organization.
Responsible for Security Functions Management, I-Cards, Visitor Passes, Access Control and Access Cards & CCTV Management for the employees and & visitors. Handling Comprehensive Security, Access Control, ensuring compliance to the Fire & Control Regulations and Civil Services. & coordinating.
Responsible to conduct physical property check on regular intervals
Preparing a consolidated requirement function wise item and Value in Total, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) of equipment /Timely Renewal of contracts, Operations, planning, Budgeting.
Sourcing & Infrastructure & Maintenance: Coordinating with External agencies for negotiating and executing AMC"s for maintenance of Office Infrastructure
Planning and Budgeting for Annual Admin expenses or better control and management information
Setting up new offices (acquisition) and renovation of offices/ sites
Travel Management: - Air ticketing bookings, Train Booking’s, Hotel Booking’s, Conference Hall bookings for the Seminar and Event’s, etc.
Scrutinizing/ Vetting of various Bills as per policy
