Profile & Responsibilities: HR & IR

  • Formulation, development & achievement of HR policy including Review and standardize these policies as per industry norms.
  • Communication of policies to employees without ambiguity.
  • Responsible for Designing KRA & job descriptions for all departments.
  • Prime responsibility of Recruitment, Induction & Orientation
  • Employees Reference Checks
  • Complete Joining formalities and documentation
  • Consistent communication on achievements of the company and improving the brand image of the company within employees.
  • Enhance HR productivity and Organisational development consistently, employee satisfaction – conduct survey (PULSE Survey) periodically
  • Periodical HRIS (MIS) and Reports
  • Planning, preparing & Organizing Schedules for the Training & Development for all departments
  • Performance management/ appraisal system.
  • Ensure timely roll out of employees engagement activities (RnR, Picnics, Town Halls & TBWs) to motivate all and increase productivity
  • Skill enhancement, Motivation and implementation of Incentive schemes.
  • Responsible for timely inclusion & exclusion from Health Insurance Policy
  • (Payroll Management) Salary/ Compensation & various employee’s Benefits tools.
  • Resolving employees’ queries related to payroll and other HR issues
  • Exit Formalities including FFS (Final Settlements) for employees
  • Attrition – track and analyze attrition, diagnose reason and update management to initiate remedial measures
  • Welfare Provisions
  • Managing office & agency health, safety, well-being &  handling various HR issues
  • Leave/ Time Office & Personnel’s Record Management
  • EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory compliances including for contracted/ outsourced employees.
  • Smooth conduction of HR Audit
  • Responsible for resolving labour conflicts and cases with Labour courts
  • Employee’s grievances – overall management of HR (handling all issues involving employee complaints or questions that cannot be answered by other staff – through One-On-One Meeting.
  • Accomplishing additional responsibilities and when assigned by the top management in the interest of the organisation

Responsibilities: Administration/ Facility Management

  • Ensuring optimum and effective utilization of funds in providing congenial work environment and basic amenities in the work premises.
  • Maintenance of optimum inventory levels of stocks.
  • Liaisoning with various authorities like MCD, Electricity Board, Telecom, traffic Police, Corporate (Management of Office Mobile Phones and corporate connection’s of the company & employees.
  • Responsible for finalizing/ corroborating/ Renewal/ extension/ termination of all lease agreements in the interest of the company
  • Handling complete facilities involving Cafeteria, Offices and Vendor Management for equipments across the Regions/ Branches.
  • Interacting with the different departments for executing the maintenance of all equipments in the Organization.
  • Responsible for Security Functions Management, I-Cards, Visitor Passes, Access Control and Access Cards & CCTV Management for the employees and & visitors. Handling Comprehensive Security, Access Control, ensuring compliance to the Fire & Control Regulations and Civil Services. & coordinating.
  • Inventory Management:- Office Stationery/ Print Stationery, Photocopier, Courier, Insurance of properties & Goods.
  • Responsible to conduct physical property check  on regular intervals
  • Preparing a consolidated requirement function wise item and Value in Total, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) of equipment /Timely Renewal of contracts, Operations, planning, Budgeting.
  • Sourcing & Infrastructure & Maintenance: Coordinating with External agencies for negotiating and executing AMC"s for maintenance of Office Infrastructure
  • Planning and Budgeting for Annual Admin expenses or better control and management information
  • Setting up new offices (acquisition) and renovation of offices/ sites
  • Travel Management: - Air ticketing bookings, Train Booking’s, Hotel Booking’s, Conference Hall bookings for the Seminar and Event’s, etc.
  • Scrutinizing/ Vetting of various Bills as per policy
  • Event Organizing
  • Shouldering additional admin/ operational responsibilities as and when desired by the management
