(Preferably from outsourcing industry) Salary : 12 – 15 K PM + Other benefits Primary Job Responsibilities Recruitment Sourcing the Candidates as per client’s requirement & deploy them within 7 to 10 days. Generally manpower requirement are Unskilled / Technicians (Electricians & Fitters)/Engineers/Supervisors etc. Taking care of Employees joining formalities like: Preparing contract letter & Contract Extension Letter with Salary break up of employees. Ensuring Medical checkup & Police verification is done timely of every employee Data entry in DPMS (HR Software) Opening of Bank A/c within 10 days Enroll in PF (Fill form 2 & 11), ESI, PAI & documents verification Issuing - Uniform / Apron, I-cards, Safety Shoes & other Safety Gadgets Statutory Compliance Maintaining Various Registers of CLRA, MW & Other acts. Monitoring Attendance. Attending Compliances Audit of sites & ensure 100 % Compliances Full & Final Settlement of Employees with proper resignation formalities Bonus, CLRA, MW, PW & LWF returns PF withdrawals form completion (Basic formalities only) Client Coordination Update on progress to client about execution / Recruitment / Mobilizing team etc. Maintaining cordial relation with HR, Purchase, Accounts, Security & ends user. Monthly MIS & other various reports to be prepared & sent on as on when basis. Employee Engagement and retention Interaction with Employees for their issues of like salary / Advances / Disciplinary / statutory compliance etc. Handling a team of supervisors To ensure that employees are strictly adhering to discipline & safety norms. In case of any deviation he shall be responsible to take action against them. He will be responsible for doing surprise night visits to plant on fortnightly / monthly basic to ensure that no employees are sleeping in night shifts & are doing their work. Invoicing Timely preparation of invoices & submission & its clarification if required. Docs related to invoices to be submitted to HR Dept. Payment follow up Required Competencies Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally, in local language & English. Excellent computer skills using Word, Outlook and Excel software. Good territorial knowledge. Strong customer orientation and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of should be able to handle team & respond to their queries.
