Responsible for timely & economical supply of the product at the customer end with the adherence to given monthly schedule.
Regular follow up with production department and logistic department for the timely supply of the product considering or factoring in the aspect of economical freight .
Prepare tracking sheet for the daily supply on the basis of indiviual customer requirement.
Prepare monthly sales MIS .
Cordination between customer and quality department regarding the quality issues.
Regular interaction with the customer about their urgency and preferences.
Attending the customer visit and audits as per their schedule .
Follow up with the customers for the timely payments/C forms/ VAT FORMS to the organisation .
Attending the recall and warranty issues at customer end .
Maintaining win-win customer relations .
