There is an urgent requirement for Team Lead for ABC Clients. The person will be deployed at the client side.

Any NON-IT INDUSTRY is also preferred.
Requirements :
Experienced recruitment professional with 8-12 years of talent acquisition and end to end recruitment.
Stakeholder and vendor management experience.
Ability to manage a team of 2-5 recruiters.
Experience of formulating and implementing recruitment strategies and tools for volume/bulk hiring.
Expertise in using LinkedIn, Mapping, Head-Hunting to guide the team further.
Knowledge of Analytics/making and creating dashboards, MIS, creating pivot reports.
