1.To form the procedures and lead working team member of Plating and Anodising Department
2. To lead development related to Plating and Anodising and get the results from Process.
3. To get results from the different Processes.
4. Should have the ability to analyse the chemicals and their trouble shooting.
5. Specify requirements of Electroplating, Anodising and ETP and change accordingly.
6. Systematically find alternative solutions in Electroplating, Anodising & ETP area.
7. Successfully execute Plating operation with regard to PQCDSM
8. Develop the healthy environment in Plating Area, Laboratory and ETP
9. Analyse Finishing related Issues (Quality & Productivity)
10. Analyse ETP related issues
11. Analyse Lab activities
