Job Description : - · Understanding the business requirements and staffing objectives. . End to End recruitment · Identifying suitable candidates that match the job requirements. · Communicating with candidates and shortlisting them. · Scheduling the interview. · Following up with candidates to provide documents for verification. · Following up with candidates on the date of joining. · Preparing daily status reports. Skill Requirements: · Should have atleast 1 year of experience in recruitment for diverse industries and corporates. · Analytical and experienced in using online job portal (e.g. Naukri, Monster, Shine, Times Jobs) and networking sites (e.g. Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter). · Strong in Headhunting and internal referrals. · Strong communication skills (both written and oral). · Willing to work independently as well as in a team environment as and when required. Educational Qualification: · Graduate from any field would be fine (Management Studies and Commerce preferred)
