Responsibilities: • Train and Manage a team of data entry operators, monitor their productivity in terms of quality, accuracy, and quantity of data entry. • Perform Data Inconsistency Checks and Clean-up data using the functionality available • Generate the various forms and reports using the portal’s functionality; Coordinate with the support staff and the printers to ensure prompt delivery and collection of printed forms and report • Secure information by completing database backups. Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reports needed changes. Maintain management’s and customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. Provide information and insights based on the data to enable better decision making. Requirements (Skills & Knowledge): • Proven working experience (Essential) of 2 years or more as a data analyst / data manager • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design/development, data querying And reporting techniques (Preferable) • Strong knowledge of and experience of using Microsoft Excel (Essential) • Adept at communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in written form. Ability to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Is well organized, self-directed, punctual, reliable, and requires minimal to no supervision
