Job Summary
The Manager will provide growth and development expertise for the company and assist Executive Management on various aspects of managing day to day operations.
As Manager Operations, responsible for seamless take-over of projects from Transition phase and ensure flawless execution of services to Clients.
Ensure adherence to all standard operating processes, set high standards for quality and monitor effective service delivery to Clients.
Will lead, train, motivate and guide teams and ensure that work is fun for every team member.
All routine team management including scheduling, time off, leave, attrition, learning & development and reward & recognition will be the direct purview.
Responsible for managing the receipt and accounting of overall collections
Serve as an auditor to ensure that invoices are accurate and proper accounting procedures are followed.
Ensure all business activities are HIPAA compliant.
Physical Demands
Requires visual and auditory acuity adequate for frequent use of computers and occasional use of other office equipment. Ability to move through the Office to supervise employees and activities, to sit for long periods, and to perform desk, office, and administrative activities.

Essential Job Functions
- Hardcore experience in the Revenue Cycle Management processes (US Healthcare) - preferably in an outcomes driven environment
- Managed a team of Medical Billing & Accounts Receivable executives in Medical Billing processes
- Develop, implement and maintain revenue cycle Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization’s mission and values
- Support better management reporting, information flow management, business process and organizational planning
- Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients, employees and senior operations team
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence
- Prioritize work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer needs are met in regards to on-time delivery of services and quality of work
- Manage the recruiting and hiring process
- Identify and recruit new resources in a planned manner to ensure business continuity

- Own the audit process for each clinic within the AR and other functions
- Run all process governance meetings
- Standardize Reviews across the dimensions of customer, people and financial metrics
- Define team and team leader KRAs and expected role
- Publish account level Dashboards
