Understanding of clients requirements.
Sourcing profiles from various job portals like Naukri, and shine according to requirements.
Sourcing profiles from portals database that are suitable for company requirements.
Short listing of suitable profiles
Talking to candidates & taking telephonic rounds of interview
Tapping a right person with help of head hunting .
Scheduling the interview of short listed candidates with the client
Follow up on interview status and apprising the candidates on the same
Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining, salary negotiation, reference check, preparing invoice and contract.
Maintaining the candidates' database of various levels
Familiar with Technical Knowledge
Regular Interaction with the client
Completing various assignments individually
Interview Date:- Tomorrow
