1) Position: Service Desk/ Remote Support
Job Location: Pune(Akrudi)
JD:- Support to Various Projects.
: Responsible to handle user calls within SLA.
: To ensure smooth operation and maintenance of entire network including Servers
& Workstations.
: Creating of batch for the deployments of windows security patches &
Installation / uninstallation of various software's.
: Handling basic Active Directory operations.
: VPN and other remote connectivity support.
: Managed desktop movement and shifting, allocation.
: Monitoring & Deployment of regular & updated antivirus DAT using ePolicy
Orchestrator (EPO).
: Responsible for printer access management.
: Extensive working knowledge of Dame Ware Mini Remote connectivity tool.
: Managing the Desktop allocation & release with respective the project requirement.
: Installation of different Software as per user requirement.
: Working knowledge of ticket routing BMC REMEDY software
: Experience in installing & Upgrading Patches of Licensed Products & System Software
Position: Help Desk Coordinator
JD:-
Good communication skill.
Having good knowledge on helpdesk and ticketing tools.
Having knowledge of handling vendors ,Billing etc.
Should have working exposure of ITIL based Call logging tool.
Should know Severity/priority/impact/urgency as far as calls are concerned.
Should have ITIL knowledge for Incident & SR life cycle management
Should modify calls correctly.
Should Manage complete Incident & SR life cycle.
Should understand Difference between AMC/Warranty & trade cases.
Should know the process of logging calls to vendor & follow up with them for closure.
Position: Desktop Engineer
JD:- Installation and Configuration of Desktops with OS and Applications
• First Level Hardware Support for Desktops.
• Installation of Software & troubleshooting.
• Installation of anti-virus tool on desktops and support
• Having experience with trouble shooting network printers
• Maintain the company network infrastructure.
• Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.
• Management of the daily data backup and retrieval scheme
• Training new employees.
• Ensure computer hardware is safe & complies with health and safety legislation.
• Applying patches in accordance with company procedures.
• Support for Outlook & its issue to client users
