• Coordination with existing brands for the subscription.
• Getting New brands on board.
• Making cold calls and generating leads.

• Attending customer queries.
• Design processes, optimize operations and effectively launch and implement various operations strategies for the company.
• Negotiate deals with different logistic partners as well as different bag vendors & reduced the cost of operations.
Requirements of the role:
• Graduate with 1-2 years’ experience.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management/organizational skills.
• Ability to use spreadsheets to analyze data and spot trends.
• Understanding of customer segmentation.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize in order to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignment.
• Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service.
