SE ( Sales Executive):
 
Should possess good knowledge in sales & marketing
· Preparing & implementing sales strategy
· To meet sales target and keep tracks of the targets on quarterly basis
· Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
· Contacting potential clients and explaining the services to generate interest
· Able to work under pressure and generate revenue
 
Desired candidate
· Proven experience as telesales representative or customer service role.
· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
· Target Oriented
· Positive attitude and energetic voice.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluency in English is required
 
CANDIDATES WITH HARDCORE OUTBOUND SALES EXP IN DMAT SALES , ADVISORY SALES , CREDIT CARD, LOANS , INSURANCE , MUTUAL FUND SALES WILL BE PREFERED
 
Qualification :
Grad/Under Grad
Experience : Hardcore Sales experience of not less than 3 yrs.
Sal : 15-25k
Salary will be target based , where target is 5 times of salary
2-6 month half fixed half target based.
6 months onward Salary becomes fixed but target will remain same.
