Key Responsibilities:-
Provide knowledge on products & services to the customers
Handle Inbound calls and emails.
Handle Customer queries & complaints
Develop strong customer relationship
Constant follow ups with the customers whenever required
Required Skills:-
Excellent communication skills
Past experience in Email Process, voice process
Candidate should be well versed with English language
Good reading, writing & verbal skills required
Experience :- 1 to 5 years,
Desired qualification : - HSC / Graduate
Location :- Mulund, Mumbai
Shift :- Night Shift
CTC:- Upto 2.5 LPA
