Cold-Calling
Candidate assessment at primary level, based on client requirement
Co-ordinate / schedule interviews and follow up
Maintain MIS / Trackers / Status reports
Required functional knowledge and skills:
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to think independently and act in a mature manner
Responsible and accountable
Confident and motivated individual
