UI Designer

Requirement

• Study and follow UI/UX standards
• Attend a kick-off meeting of every project with the team and client.
• Conduct project planning meetings and always stick to the deadline assigned to tasks.
• Understand and analyse the project requirement and suggest optimized design methods in team meetings.
• Create wire frames and demonstrate the same to client.
• Produce well-designed and organized page designs with in the time provided.
• Test the completed pages to make sure it includes all elements, its matching the scope and meeting UX quality.
• Manage change request and additional billing with customers.
• Conduct weekly project review meeting.
• Work with QA team to make sure quality of pages delivering.
• Learn the new methods and updates in UI/UX and other supporting tools and scripts
• Keep a rapport with customer to make sure team maintain customer satisfaction in output.
• Always give suggestions to other team member’s page designs to improve the quality

Skill Set

• Proficient in Photoshop
• Illustrator software.
• Good knowledge in HTML and responsive lay outing
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
