Your role will be to:-

- Experience with UI / UX Design.

- Apply high-level strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that are grounded in customer insights, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms.

- Develop and iterate on concepts for web, mobile, and tablet design experiences in a fast-paced team environment.

- Deliver cutting edge, web template designing, intuitive UI designs, from concept through to launch.

- Experience in Creative conceptualizing, innovative and elegant design for Web & Graphic Design, Mobile Web Design, Responsive Web Design, Application User Interface, GUI Designs, newsletters, Wireframes, Mockups, banners and web graphics.

- Experience in working with various designing software's like Photoshop, Illustrator & Corel Draw etc.

- Use typography to create hierarchy and clarity.

- Create consistency and use common UI elements.

- Strategically use color and texture.

- Basic understanding of HTML5 & CSS3, experience in Web designing is a plus.

What you need to have:

- At least 3+ years of experience in User Interface design.

- Expert with Photoshop, Illustrator & Coreldraw.

- Excellent graphic design skills as well as interaction design skills.

- User-centered Design methodology experience a plus.

- Wireframe the user flows / screens in the application Work on the visual design of the application screens Collaborate with the tech team to get the design implemented.

- Understanding of the difference between an interface, a class and an object and comprehension of cascaded inheritance, prototype based inheritance etc.

- Knowledge of what the following have in common: trident, gecko and webkit.

- Knowledge of web based UI development technologies such as HTML5 & CSS3 etc will be plus

- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to all levels within an organization.
