Manage Dealers & Customers :-
Managing & coordinating with the Channel Partners (Dealers) in the assigned area and assist them in sales through retailer, electrical contractors and small projects.
Taking care of stock movement of channel partners.
Expansion of Channel in terms of Reach and Extraction by developing new channel partners by tapping new market territories.
To establish and develop the Market Leadership of the organization in the given Territory.
Train dealers personnel on product knowledge.
Ensure proper product merchandising and establish stocks norms with the dealers as per market and ensure stocking levels, replenishing them.
Generate enquiries through various means & convert enquiries to orders.
Keeping track of the sales conversion ratios & regularly upgrade skills level to improve conversion
Ensuring timely settlement of the claims of the channel partners.
Market / Competitor Analysis:-
Research, Collate and Prepare the Report on market information, i.e. competitors pricing, programs and performance etc.
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity, in order to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
Sales Administration :-
Incorporation of daily sales administration, procedures such as daily sales & collection reports.
To analysis and prepare the sales report and sent it as per the requirements to the Reporting Manager on regular basis.
Ensuring the sales schemes has been implemented by the channel partners as per the plan.
