Functional Area: Airline / Reservations / Ticketing / Travel

Enquiry Handling, documentation and Actioning bookings Listen to the Corporate / client understand his Travel requirement and action his booking by giving him various options and if required collect all his documents for Ticketing. Action the bookings timely and accurately with all special updates that the passenger needs like Meal preference, wheel chair etc in the PNR (Using GDS - AMADEUS and GALILEO - Domestic and International Ticketing).
Adhere to client 100 % and ITH Policies (Like approvals, lowest fares and other client policies).
Convert all enquiry to sale.
Ensure all walk-in enquiries are serviced with protecting our payments.
Good Communication with client.
Be Proactive to invoice every transaction.
Collect all dues on time especially of personal payments.
Ensure there are No outstanding.
Handle all complaints with necessary service recovery immediately.
Complaints to be maintained in a Tracker.
Escalate all complaints to Superiors.
Ensure high quality of service is maintained with the client.
Ensure airport assistance is organized for VIP and regular travelers.
Monitor VIP Bookings.

Specific Skill Set: AMADEUS GDS Knowledge for ticket issuance.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 3 to 4 Years

Annual CTC: 25000 to 30000 Take Home

Work Timings: 6 days a week with Morning and afternoon shifts
