* Good working knowledge of airfares or ticketing in an airline or a reputed travel agency.
* Maintains and promotes professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to inquiries
* Proficiency in making reservations on CRS.
* Responsible for handling all back office operations related to Travel
* Expertise in Reservations, Ticketing, Fares, Routings, Client handling, Auditing, e-Ticketing, PNR Creation, PTAs, Codes, Visa Regulations etc.
Skills :
- Graduate, IATA Certified/Diploma in Travel & Tourism
- An effective communicator with good interpersonal skills, Willingness to work in shifts or continuous Night shifts as per the process
- Thorough knowledge of the travel industry and suppliers
- Hands on experience on Amadeus / Galileo
