Transition Manager - BPO

Looking for Transition Manager with 6 to 12 years of work experience. Both domestic and international transitioning experience will work.
Responsibilities:
Partner and collaborate with all relevant client process owners to capture the end to end details from a Process perspective including, but not limited to:
- process maps
- performance metrics
- upstream and downstream linkages
- risk assessment and mitigation opportunities
- identify standardization and automation opportunities
- gaps in the process / performance metrics
- conduct process simulation and partner with STM to evaluate receiving location workforce assessment
- Manage the flow of knowledge and communicate to Stakeholders as applicable
- Report on progress of the Transition
- Escalate any issues, risks, opportunities and actively seek decisions
- Develop Transition project plans
- Coordinate with Offshore PMs in the execution of the Transition
Skill Set / Competency:
- Have core transition experience
- Understanding of customer requirements and outsourcing objectives and evaluate the constraints which might impact the transition solution
- Be responsible for all aspects of transition program from program initiation through closure
- Client facing experience to defend and walk through developed solutions
- Strong program management skills with PM certifications
- Ability to influence stakeholders for project outcomes. Starting from our solution plan to transition and ultimately setting some wonderful delivery standards
- Ability to work in matrix structures and cross cultural teams
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written and status articulations
- Deliver projects within budget and on time with great quality and an exposure to world class project management principles
- Flexible to work in any shifts as per project requirements..
