Job Description:

1. Create and
maintain a positive and professional learning environment

2. Conduct
training sessions to corporate personnel to maximize performance.

3. Manage the
design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as
on-going learning opportunities across the organization, in support of the organization’s
needs.

4. Conduct
specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and
delivery of corporate training programs and strategies

5. Monitor and
measure effectiveness of all training programs

6. Create
monitoring and evaluation strategies and logistics.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Should have
at least 1.5yrs exp on Soft skills training

2. Should have
Call Quality auditing Knowledge
